Nanjing, Here I come!

Hello everyone! My name is Amina Almatova. I am a rising sophomore at Tech. This summer I will be traveling to Nanjing, China for Language and Culture exchange. I am very excited to meet a new aspect of myself and develop independence. I hope to grow and expand and openness to new ideals and cultures which might differ from mine. It is challenging as it is a language I do not fluently speak; however, I am willing to sacrifice comfort for personal growth. I began my application at the beginning of the year and I have grown with it. It was stressful at times, but absolutely worth it!
