Buongiorno! (Buonasera!)

Ciao! I will be flying to Rome, Italy this summer to participate in the Exploring Rome Through the Arts program! Arriving in Rome, I will be learning about historical monuments, architectural icons and artistic masterpieces while exploring the vibrant culture of Italy itself. The aspect of the trip I am looking forward to the most will be spending a day trip in the hills of Tivoli, home of two Unesco World Heritage Sites with grand Renaissance villas and gardens. To learn about the architectural marvels of Roman architecture by witnessing them personally is such a great experience. Additionally, I also look forward to becoming more independent during this trip but to also make new friends and memories in my time at Rome. Time to resume my packing! Arrivederci :)
