Olá!

Hey there my fellow travelers (who will be following me along on this blog)! I'm Veronica, a junior (rising senior) in the Bio Sci major. I'm super excited to be traveling to Portugal this summer on CIEE's Global Discovery program! I will be studying Aquatic Ecosystems and Sustainability for three weeks. I can't wait to meet different people from across the country, experience a new culture in it's origin country, and go into depth about my topic!

I initially started this process at the beginning of my junior year, searching for programs, filling out applications and hoping for scholarships (I received an amazing one!). After a long process and a lot of mental preparation, I, now, can't wait for the experience that I'll be able to share with you and how this will impact me!
